Our Founder
Built by a nurse, for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
With 15 years as an RN across correctional, residential, and behavioral health settings. I saw firsthand how staffing shortages affect both patients and the clinicians who care for them. I built Opportiva to address that - a nursing staffing partner focused on placing credentialed RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in roles that fit their skills and goals, with the support and transparency that facilities and clinicians deserve.
